crazy question

i would go with E

explanation: if pensioners receieved better pensions then children sent less money in rural areas and thus had extra money to spend in urban areas.

The paragraph does not tell u this, u kinda get this from other choices

if u didnt post this question i would not pay extra attention and select A on a real test

weird question

i go with A.. so if the children now dont send enough money back home as they used, now they can spend more money on themselves
