Here are my scores from the GMATPrep 1 tests I took:
GMATPrep 1: 640 (41Q, 36V)
GMATPrep 1 (Re-install): 730 (48Q, 42V)
On the last test I took, I actually missed more (12 vs. 8) quant problems than the test I just took. However, since I missed a few within the first 10 questions, I'm guessing this adjusted my score down lower. Had I not missed those medium level questions early on, this Quant score would have likely been around a 48-49 or so. This is something I can certainly work on throughout the next three weeks.
My verbal score is shameful, and far below where it should be, given my native English tongue. Again, this is something I can continue to work on. I'll set the goal for myself to not miss any verbal questions in my practice tests throughout the next three weeks.
I started to take an
MGMAT test today, but I'm really not fond of their questions. They, in some cases, are not written in the same style as the OG11 and GMATPrep questions I have seen. As such, I decided to take the final GMATPrep test to determine where I'm at in my studies. Over the next three weeks, I'm going to go through the
OG Verbal/Quant workbooks, along with the GMATClub Quant challenges. Each Saturday I'll simulate test conditions by taking a GMATPrep. While some questions will surely be repeats, I will still go through the motions for those problems and get my timing down.
