GmatPrep 4 Paper Stuck : Error 24 Nov 2021, 04:25

So, after buying the GMAT pack of 4 papers, I started my 4th one today afternoon. After quant, on the 7th/8th question of verbal, I saw an error " we have paused your exam and you can resume it from exam dashboard"

On clicking on resume from the exam dashboard, I was redirected to the mock and the same error reflected Again. What should I do? I do not have the mental bandwidth to attempt another mock today.

Second, I plan to give my GMAT in 7 days. Should i continue or postpone the official attempt?

GMAT PREP 1 : 710 (Q48, V 38)
GMAT PREP 2: 720 (Q49,V40) Some repeat questions in Verbal.
GMAT PREP 3: 660 (V32, Q46)

I noticed a dialogue in the main chat in which both the original poster and the person who responded said they had the same problem with Practice Test 4 in the new format. I have no idea whether the person posting here in this thread was one of those two, but Practice Test 4 seems to be causing technical issues in the new interface (at least for more than one person). GMAC™ is going to have to sort this one out. (I cannot blame a browser or an OS if the exam works fine but then crashes halfway through.)

Edit: The user at the bottom said that clearing the browser cache worked for him. See below.

Yes! has been a week now, no replies yet. Will be drafting a new mail. The Indian GMAT number is not working.
