I remeber this answer as C.


A: Not sure why this is wrong, its longer than C.
B: they is incorrect to use to refer to the Oneida.
D: were is incorrect here to refer to singular oneida.
E: past perfect not neccesary.

A wrong League who sided ( Who is used to reference to person)
B wrong League when they sided (what they is refering to)
C Correct League Sided
D Were and League in siding
E Had sided

Ans is C

So the Oneida is one of the 5-nation league get it now. I did not understand that when reading in the exam.
