I just took the first exam on GMATPrep software and I would like to save my results so I can review the questions I got wrong later. If I hit end exam, will it prevent me from viewing my score or which questions I got wrong?

If its the latest GMATPrep, then you cannot save the results. You can put your system in hibernate till you finish reviewing the test, that is the only option.
