I understand A is sufficeint, but can't understand how B is sufficient. Please explain. Thanks

You're given that AB = OC.

Recognize that OB = OC (radius of circle).

So AB = OC = OB.

Given that BCO is 40, then OBC is 40. Therefore, ABO is 140.

Because ABO is isoceles, BAO must be 20.
