Over the past 4 days, I've taken each of the GMATPrep exams twice.
I only expect my scores from the first attempt at each one to be indicative of my real exam score, but even then, I think I saw about 4 or 5 questions straight from the OG when taking the GMATPrep exams. Does this skew my score significantly?
Theoretically, if the questions that I had seen before were too tough for my level, then I would have gotten the subsequent questions wrong and the program/algorithm would have seen that I shouldnt have gotten those questions right and my score would have been adjusted in the end, no?
I'm not familiar with computer adaptive tests that try to hone in on your score such as the GMAT, but after thinking about it, it really is quite an interesting concept.
So anyways, do most people that found the GMATPrep exams to be indicative of their real scores do the OG after they take their GMATPrep exams? Or does it not really make that big of a difference because of the adaptive algorithm the CAT uses?
