I gave my Mock twice but experienced the same issue.
Issue : When I Submitted my answer with 5/8 seconds remaining, my Submitted answer was not captured by the system.
It happened in the Offical Mock GMATPrep EP2. Will it be the same in actual GMAT?

I think I know what you are talking about though your description of the issue is a bit short.
There was a change to the system that requires one to select the answer choice and click the submit button to a save/record one’s answer to the last question.
In the past it was sufficient to just select the answer but that’s no longer the case.

I encountered the same situation twice and the worst part was even the timer didn't stop when the system switches questions. I wonder if the same happens on the real GMAT, if so, then we actually have less time than actual?
