I have just few days left for the exam and I wish to practice as much as I can but I always wonder where to start from and what to refer. Since I have few days, should I refer GMATPrep question bank (downloaded from GMAT CLUB) or should I just solve sums from GMAT CLUB - topic wise difficult questions, 100/150 hard questions and random questions. Which of the two (GMATPrep & GMAT CLUB) is more similar to the actual GMAT? Please suggest

The questions post on GMATClub are coming from a host of different Test Prep agencies (such as Manhattan, Veritas, Kaplan, etc) so they are all quality question (provided that you check the source of question before working on it).
These test prep companies try to create questions that involves all those concepts that are tested on the GMAT. and they do a great job in providing us with a material that replicates the original.
So however, closely they replicate the original questions, they are still NOT as original as the question on GMATPrep software. As you must be aware this software is the developed by GMAC (the official authority who conducts the GMAT) and so all the question that are in GMATPrep are also official questions (you can read original) ..
So if I were you and a little short on time, I would focus on GMATPrep questions purely because of their source.
Thanks for the reply! :) Well there is a file named GMATPREP QUESTION BANK in GMAT CLUB which is available as free download.. I was basically asking if I should refer those questions (they are a lot) plus the GMAC question bank (which I will be purchasing soon).. I was planning to keep these 2 sources on top priority and then if I get time will refer Gmat Club questions.. Pls suggest if the strategy is right..

Gmatprep question bank should not be used in ur initial prep as this bank contains question from gmat prep software. And this software contains two free tests which you will take during the course of ur preparation to assess ur score ..
So i suggest u first start with the book (that you are going to buy) ..solve those questions ..once u are through it ..then u can look for other sources on gmatclub ..but donot use that gmatprep question bank untill u have taken both of those tests from gmatprep software.

Let me know if things are still not clear...
