gebansal - I am so sorry to hear you experience a few days before the testing appointment; please do not let this experience affect your months of preparation. That said, I vividly remember seeing a notice on mba.com a few days ago, and I just found out that the issue persists. Please find below the note available on the official website.

Yes, it still isn't working. I have tried reaching out to customer care via all channels, but nothing is working. I haven't received any response.
I might as well ask for a refund now, given my exam is scheduled for tomorrow.

I think you have all grounds and rights to request a refund... and if GMAC does not give it to you, I can buy it from you and reimburse you. Just don’t activate it. That way they can’t argue that you have used it.

Already activated. The problem started in the middle of one of my tests. On clicking the next question, it started giving me an error code and then this notice.

I’m in the same situation as you. Exam on 17th. And had kept two practice tests to do over the weekend. I haven’t gotten any response either.

I am just practising on GMATClub by sorting out questions by it’s source. So only GMATPrep questions. Not the same thing as giving the mocks obviously but it’s something.
