I have done both GMATprep tests, should I reinstall the software before doing test 1 again?

Re: gmatprep tests [#permalink]
hey guys !

I have 11 days to go.

I exhauseted my Gmatprep tests earlier today
test 1 v38 q48 700
test 2 v36 q48 690 ( Was hoping to hit a score in excess of 700 :( )

Planning on starting the MGMAT tests from tomo. Any last min tips? I am just hoping that there isn't a drastic variation between the actual test and the Gmatprep. Also planning on doing the gmatclub tests and going through my error log along with the mgmat tests. What kind of a score do you think i am headed towards if things go to plan and don't take a turn for the worse?

Re: gmatprep tests [#permalink]
I recently took my first GMATprep test and scored a 730. My last two MGMAT tests I scored a 740 and a 750.

In my case, I felt that the biggest reason I did worse was the nature of the questions and how they were written. Not having done much work in the OG, I wasn't used to the GMAC style of questions.

In my last month of study I will be focusing heavily on the OG.

As far as verbal, I found the GMATprep verbal questions to be more well written than any of the test prep companies. I felt that they were clear and concise and if you know the rules and understand the passages the answer becomes quite clear. With Veritas for example, I had real doubts about the validity of certain answers even when presented with the explanations.
