GMATPREP vs POWERPREP - Same?

Question

Hi,

I got the Powerprep CAT CD from GMAC and also downloaded GMATPREP CAT (from Pearson Vue) from the web. Each has 2 CAT tests and look just the same. However, I wonder if the questions in the tests of each CD are exactly the same?

No they are not the same.
You can use both to assess your current progress. Most say, that powerprep and gmatprep are good indicators of your true score.

Yeah, I wonder how long they'll keep links up to both tests? Always nice to have more.

I would also suggest the PR practice CATs. They are adaptive, exactly like the official ones. Their scoring algorithm works the same, and I personally got a lot out of the answer explanations for each question, even the ones I got right. ;-)
