well to me none of the options seem good..what made you to select C?/

I think it's C because you need to figure out if the tranqulizer is the cause of low fertility in female rhinos that had to be recollared. If there are many female rhinos who had to be tranquilized for reasons other than the need to have their collars reattached then the low fertility rates among the population that had to be recollared is probably caused by the collar itself or some other factor, other than the tranquilizer. However, if only there are not many that needed to be tranqulized other than the ones that needed to get their collars reattached then it's likely that the tranquilizer has something to do with the low fertility rates.
That's my two cents. It's a tough question and I could be wrong.
