Good question,


by falling for the the trap and failing so many times...:) I learnt this the hard way to include decimals.. as long as the question does not say integer specifically.

Prasannar,

Problem is not just decimal, its which decimal....

I did try in this question .1 and obviously that fails II in fact it fails up to .7 and then works for .8 through 1.

Good lesson learnt.

Hope it comes on real GMAT.
