Hi, I've really tried to brush up my math skills with a number of GMAT prep books. Is there a prep course that will help people who are really poor at math?

Here's what helped me and I hope it helps you too.

Start with OG. Understand the concept and solve the problems.
The problems that you get wrong mark the numbers separately somewhere and try and understand the solution. Don't mug it but using the concepts that you know understand its application and how the solution was reached.

Then download the GMATclub quant book which helped me so so much. And then solve the problems on the site. You need to focus on the ones you're getting wrong. I cant stress enough on this one.

I will also add that if you feel you're lacking in concept after the OG, go for the MGMAT books and then for the GMATclub book.

As far as Quant. is considered I feel that almost all courses are equally good. It is just a matter of being comfortable with one of the many. Go for free trial and judge . MGMAT books are good but have few questions for practice.
