Was wondering if anyone knew a good class/training on Negotiations. I did not take a class during my MBA and now my employer is generously offering to invest into my skills (perhaps they are not happy with my current level and things are not that positive? or perhaps they are telling that my MBA sucks?)
Either way, I doubt there is going to be a windfall but I could probably convince them to invest $3-5K into a 3 or 5-day training program. Has anyone heard of anything that stands out?
My quick research yielded:
Haas Executive Program Harvard Law Program on Negotiation - looks good but feels as though I would need to attend 4-5 different courses to really get a good/complete sense of it
And I am aware of the famous
Wharton course on negotiation (but it is $11K, inclusive lodging and meals). I do own the book
Getting More and have gone through a good chunk of it but never finished.
