A - 20% of Member of X = Member of Y: INSUFF as no clue abt X versus Y
B - 30% of Member of Y = Member of X: INSUFF as no clue abt X versus Y

Now, A & B together

0.2X=0.3Y
X:Y=3:2: SUFF---C: A&B together SUFF to answer
