Got GMAT score...now what

I got a fair score of 710 in GMAT. I am from India and want to do an EMBA from US/UK/Australia. My details:
Current work: Delivery Program Manager with a product development company
Earlier work: Programmer, Team Lead, Program Manager with Capgemini, India
I have 3+ years of onsite experience (UK, USA and HK). Overall, I have 12 years of experience in Information Technology, out of which, 4 years of experience is on product development.
My current work demands to manage 3-4 projects in a financial year, involving stakeholder management, budget management and day to day execution.
My reason to do MBA: I want to get a good international exposure so as to mold my thinking to global level. I want to start a product development unit of my own in some time. With my current designation and visibility, I am not able to gather enough information and contacts that can help to accelerate the formalization of my goal. I believe that an MBA from an international firm can help.
I searched for a course that can help me with my goals. But most of the EMBA demands me to work while I am studying. Is there any full time 1 year course that can help me gather enough knowledge and contacts to help me with my goal? If not, what other alternatives do I have?
