I had the same experience. I've been out of school for 20 years, and have been studying for the past 3 months. I got a 370 on the exam and felt really lost. I've identified a few key areas for me to focus on, in order to improve my score:
1. Using more materials that focus on the foundations & basics
2. Practice, practice, practice

I just ordered the Kaplan foundation books, so hopefully this will be a fresh start for me. Any other ideas would be very helpful.
