Hey guys,
I got my score today - Got 660 with a Q42,V38..I was targeting between 680-700 but scored less on the Quant section. I had a feeling that Quant could have been better when I rushed through the last few questions, but still was hoping at least a 45-46. In the mocks I used to get 45-46.
What do you guys think?
My target colleges are colleges in the UK and also Canada: Alliance Manchester, Lancaster, Rotman, UBC, Schulich, etc @Experts, please advise me what to do.
I am thinking of retaking GMAT this Sept end. I want to pull my Quant up by at least 6 points. Is it possible?
My questions:
1) I wish to apply in R1 itself. Will October first week be too late for R1 application?
2) Considering my target schools, what are my chances of getting a call if I apply with this score itself?
3) What would you advise - retaking GMAT or applying to the schools with this score only?
4) For online GMAT as well, the higher score gets retained by GMAc, right? There's nothing like 'the latter score stays'

You ask some very important questions; however, the first thing you should determine is whether your current score of 660 gets you where you need to go. With that in mind, would you be able to reach out to one of the many admissions consultants here on GMAT club to get some clarity regarding your score? Then if you decide you need to retake the GMAT, reach back out and we can determine a plan forward. In the meantime, here is a helpful article:
