Well I scored 690 (Q 49/ V 34) on GMAT. Applied to Fisher in 2nd round and got rejected. I never thought I would get rejected at Fisher as I guess I was above the average GMAT score and had a decent profile. I was already selected for the Working Professionals MBA program for FISHER which I postponed (as per their suggestion) to apply fo the full time. Could this be the reason for my rejection : that they thought they will anyways not lose me as a student?
My Profile :
Work Ex : 3.5 Years in India (IT Firm : Supply Chain Software)
1.5+ Years in US ( Ditto)
Major Extra Curricular :
Was very active with 1 Non-Profit in India - significant/ leadership contribution
University Sports Champion
Head of Sports Committee in college for 3 consecutive years
Rank 2 overall in my Department (Bachelors in Information Technology - 4 years course)
Can some one please suggest what should I do to improve my profile? I want to apply again for full time (and more colleges than just Fisher) and should I take GMAT again? 690 was my third attempt, the first one being 590 and the second one being 610.
I am so upset right now

I would highly appreciate any help that I get here.
