Gov has decided to relocate all the factories from the city with immediate effect to reduce the pollution. I. Pollution in the city is being caused only because of the factories. II. People may be able to manage travelling daily to the relocated factories.
here in this argument , can statement 2 be treated to be assumption??
If yes , please explain Also i'm sure that statement 1 cannot be the assumption because the answer is too extreme with the usage of the word " only"
need help with the statement 2 - when we negate the statement it states that " people may not be able to manage travelling daily to the relocated factories " Now how can this statement effect the conclusion that the relocation of the factories will lead to the reduction in the pollution ??
