Thanks for the replies. I am just wondering when you say low 3s, would this be 3 out of 4? or out of 5?

I believe I didn't perform upto my potential in university due to my immaturity and lack of direction. Would an exam after my graduation count? I am doing CFA and have completed 2 levels, writing the third one shortly. Would this have some effect on the ad comms.

I thinks GPA's usually are based on 4.

However, I have the same issue. Where does "Pass with Merit" fall?

The low 3's on a 4 point scale.

Where did you receive the pass with merit?

I would think your CFA would definitely help. Low 3's on a 4-point scale aren't bad, especially with a CFA and competitive GMAT scores.

Pass with Merit from NTU along with a GMAT or appox 690.... will it be a concern for an Ultra Elite School?

[Assuming the rest of the application is steller!]
