One interesting thing I´ve learnt about grade non disclosure while attending a Chicago GSB presentation last year was the following:

(As per a GSB alumnus): we used to have grade disclosure, and there had been (a) vote(s) to choose between disclosure and non disclosure. Since the vote had been held after midterms, most people where quite OK with their grades and voted for disclosures. What we did, back in (maybe) 05 (or was it 04, rhyme chime in if you know this one) was to have the vote BEFORE the midterms. By doing that, we had the non disclosure approved by an overwhelming majority.

so that's that.

cheers. L.
