So I just came to know that my recommender rated me as top 15% 
in Leadership potential and for all other categories top 5%. This was for HBS and the pattern also follows for the rest of the schools. His written letter though is very strong on all fronts including leadership.
How disastrous is this. Do I have any chances now given that leadership has been highlighted as my relative weekness. I thought I had a strong app until now.
