Gross Increment: Starting Pay Package - PreMBA Salary
A very rough idea of the increase in market valuation after completing the MBA program. This metric can be defeated easily e.g. 1) Schools that attract a large number of young individuals with relatively low salaries or other people with relatively low salaries (teachers, military, govt. workers) who switch careers and 2) Schools that redistribute students from low cost of living areas to high COL areas
