GUYS NEED SOME HELP! Pvue blocked.

Question

I was trying to book my exam. I tried my visa card but didn't go through. The card has no restrictions, but the processing still didn't go through. I tried different cards but none was working out for me. I got blocked out after trying multiple attempts. It shows PVUE Blocked from taking the GMAT Exam. I have attached the screenshot. I tried writing to customer care. But all I received was a "how would you rate the support mail" although I didn't receive any support. I tried calling the Indian number mentioned in the Website +91 120-4397830. I tried with country code. The number does not exist. How to get the account unblocked? How to proceed? Need some help please.

Hi ArunNarayanan,

There's a chance that this is temporary, in which case you should check again after 1-2 days. Meanwhile, send another email or message from the mba.com website asking them why the payments failed. If they say that your bank blocked those transactions, use a card that you know works for international payments (also, cards must be VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Network).

Finally, check your spam folder. The support email may have ended up there.
