Inside UC Berkeley Haas's Admissions Office - What happens when you click that "submit" button?
Stephanie Fujii, Director of Admissions at Berkeley Haas - Once the applicants submit their applications on the online platform,they immediately get a confirmation and response from the school saying “Thank you for submitting your application.” Next, we put together the application to make sure that all the required pieces of the application are in order, including the application form itself, the essays, the letters of recommendations, resume and now the applicants can also submit the official transcripts while submitting the rest of the application.
After putting together all the components of an application together and verifying that the application is complete in all aspects, we send it for its first read. All of our applications from specific regions or country are assigned to readers based on the country of applicant.

Ya, I agree with you. I only have one reco. submitted so far and my app. is not in yet, but think I am going to go through with the part time program anyway.
