Great discussion here. I'm prepping for my interview next week. I've found past questions posted on ClearAdmit but havent found too many other resources. Anybody know of other sites or have any other tips for how to prepare?
Thanks in advance for your help.

There's some pretty good info in this thread...but just as an overview, there's no big surprise questions...it seems to go by pretty quickly...very casual - a pretty typical interview I'd say...
Has anyone been able to login to the chat? I can only see the login window with IE.
Also, in not able to send any test messages
i am able to log in. using google chrome

I was able to login on time. Seems like they kept driving across one point- which was that getting off the waitlist is not a question of a seat becoming available but rather adcom deciding you compare well with others. Also, they did say most people will find out by 3/29.
Hey guys, Does anyone know what books to study for Statistics waiver exam? Also today's chat had atleast 27 ppl logged in. Does that indicate the # of wait listed applicants to a certain level?

Agreed. Didn't learn anything exciting except that all re-applicants will be re-evaluated after march 10th and informed on March 29th. and i never expected ad-com to give us numbers

Is the date 03/29 because that is when they will announce the Rd 2 decisions as well? Also, does anyone know if there is a mid decision for EWMBA students? I know that they interview most candidates, but half way through the round do they give some kind of indication of who is in and who it out?

This is the one that i had used to complete the pre-requisite Understandable Statistics - 9th Edition - Brase / Brase
How much stats experience did you have before going through the book? I haven't taken a class since UG and other than the GMAT, haven't had any exposure. I am planning on taking CFA level 1 in June (which has some stats), but want to try and pass the waiver if I can. Can someone use this text, remembering very little about stats, and pass the exam (in your opinion)?

I was waived from the stats req, woohoo. I was already planning on taking a class, but admin really helped out. Now I can just focus on my other masters program.
All the Berkeley grads I have worked with are down to earth and it's what makes Haas my top choice among other programs.
There's a lot of bright people applying so good luck to all.
Whoa. I had the understanding that no one would be waived from the Stats requirement unless you've taken a Stats class in the last 5 years. Did the adcom provide an explanation as to why you were waived?

I am in a masters program in engineering and took business classes as electives. Submitted my transcripts and Adcom decided I met the stats requirement, the math req was a given.
