does anyone know the type of hard questions in the math section that resembles 700+ questions? We know that if one sees a "bolded-letter" question in verbal, it means that the person is doing well. Anything like that for the quant section?

Gmac has clearly stated in OG that you cannot discern anything on the basis of question type. Even if you are doing well and the exam has to put arithmetic question and in the pool only easy questions are left, it will through you an easy question even if you are at 750+ level.
So instead of wasting time on thinking how you doing, it actually matters how well you did. However, people have claimed that tough prob and combination is an indication of performing well on quant.
