Would Harvard be offended if I say my post mba goal is technology? Would they think I probably also applied to Stanford and reject me?

jkhbs1234 Oh my goodness NO! They would not disqualify you for that. Just don't mention GSB in the application, of course.
First of all, I am not sure if you mean to say you want to enter the tech industry or start a tech-related company.
But either way, HBS can hold it's own.

The most important thing to do is to establish fit, and by that, I mean do your research. Research that comes from multiple sources - alumni, students, admissions events along with the website stuff. Show them that if offered a seat, you would make good use of what they have to offer.
