Has anyone ever run across a Harvard/Stanford resume book?
I am very curious as to what the resumes/work experience of the younger people that get admitted to H/S look like. What kind of functions do most H/S admits work for 1-3 years prior to gaining acceptance and what kind of companies do they work at? I already know that there's going to be plenty of McKinsey/Bain/BCG consultants who just got done with their 2-3 year analyst stint, but what about the others?

I have seen HBS'. I don't think I can share the info, though, as it would violate the privacy of (including myself) 900 people. And even if I shared my info it would not add much to your question since I am 31.
