I had a very poor second year (52%) but a very strong third year(80%), thus only averaging a 2.1

I think I have pretty strong W/E and extra-curriculars.

After University I founded a consumer tech startup in Oslo, which raised just over $2m in funding and I set up a small venture capital firm in Africa. I also co-founded an education program for refugees in Sweden as part of my extra-curriculars activities. And currently I've worked for a Venture capital firm in Europe for just over a year.

However, I had that awful second year, which means my overall GPA, is probably the equivalent of a 3.3 or 3.4.

(I'd be prepared to create an alternative transcript if that helps) GMAT =760

I am just wondering if there's any point applying?

I would def apply the other aspects of your application seem to be very strong and your GMAT certainly shows you have the aptitude to handle things academically. They will probably be really interested in the "why" of your low performance. So the onus is on you to make sure all other aspects of your profile is buttoned up and really think through an explanation for your low GPA. but I would apply to one of the M7 if you feel one if a good fit.
