Has Anyone Identified the Errors in Princeton Review 1012

Question

I recently purchased the Princeton Review 1,012 GMAt Practice Questions. The Amazon and GMAT Club reviews state there a number of errors in the book. I am probably being hopeful but I wonder if anyone has identified and listed errors. It would be great for those of us who are not as GMAT savvy and can readily identiy an error when we see it. Thanks in advacne for anyone help and.or diligent efforts in redording and distributing the errors in this book!

That book is glaring with simple errors: errors like find the length of abc when the diagram is labelled efg or something similar to that. this is one of the many errors i found in the book. i bought the book last year during my lunch break from work, got to work, opened it and within minutes i came across so many errors that i returned the book the same day.

Well I understand how you feel. I purchased the book to practice additional questions before I tackle the OGs. Despite the errord GMAT club rated it 5 stars on Amazon.

However, not sure I want to take the heat for that. Unfortunately Amazon does not allow changing the rating, so I am stuck with that or need to repost the review. I do feel the book had good intentions and will be the cheapest source of questions you will find, but it does have plenty of errors. If you can overlook them, then it is valuable. otherwise, probably follow the advice of staying away... Comments? Should I take that review down and not mislead people?

I do not think you should retract the rating. Perhaps enter an addendum with the caveat that the book should be utilized during the final stages of preparation. After a person has developed the basic skills in the areas the GMAT is testing for (Algebra, grammar, geometry, etc.) and before delving into OG material. That way an individual (me) would be able to identify errors as they work through the problems. If someone jumped into the book to early and could not decipher the errors it could confuse them and hamper their preparation. I think your rating is fine based on what the book is supposed to accomplish. It is a large set of practice questions. I appreciate you taking the time and effort in reviewing and rating each of the books.
