Hello Everyone,
I graduated from a very good college in India and joined a job for some work experience and to save money, but few weeks into the job I don't even like working here nor I can easily switch jobs due to some Visa Issues. I planned to have a 3-year work experience (in Engineering, which I don't like now) and then target for an MBA. Now, considering my hatred to work and desperation, I am planning to cut it short by 2 years mostly.
Importantly, I am not able to come home and study due to a weird shift from midnight to afternoon.
My question is, will I be able to target some mediocre colleges in the US and good Colleges in Canada with a 2-year work experience? Also, how can I create a study plan?

Yes same issue with us due to my job i cant complete my bachelor's for last 2 years now i completely don't know what should i do for my carrier plans job or studies but these two thing are must for my life i can't drop any part of these thing can you please suggest me a better way for study or job also......
