A few things to consider....
The average base salary for the top MBA programs in Canada is $80K, compared to $100K+ in the US. Taxes are higher in Canada so you'll have less take home money than the equivalent salary in the US. Add in the fact that your $100K US Dollar loan is now a $120K Canadian Dollar loan, makes the idea even less appealing.
The good news is that it's very easy to obtain a work permit and eventually permanent resident status in Canada.
