Why is D not correct and C is correct ?? Isn't Fluids of which, passive and direct Helsinki shrubs fluids better ?

Hi Viren,
In any sentence, if ',+which' construction is used, then the word 'Which' should correctly modify the noun immediately preceding it. Moreover, the phrase that starts with ',+which' becomes insertible/removable phrase and when removed, the sentence should still make sense.
So, in option D, if you remove this phrase then it implies that " Helsinki shrubs' fluids, are grown in Finland ..." which makes no sense.
Correct option C, has no such error.
