OFFICIAL EXPLANATION
This sentence clearly makes no sense as it's written, meaning that (A) is definitely not our answer, but what is the problem with it? Well, we have a lot of details about "the satellite named Thebe," and we need to find the clearest way to organize them.
Choice (B) is a significant improvement over (A) and is grammatically correct, but let's look at our other options, too.
Aside from the confusing phrasing, we don't even have a sentence in (C), because Thebe has no verb at all.
Though good enough on a first reading, (D) mistakenly uses "to orbit" with moons, which makes no grammatical sense.
(E) incorrectly uses "which" in the middle of an additional description rather than at the beginning, where it needs to be grammatically.
The correct answer is Choice (B).
