I know this is off topic but even after spending bucks , Iam unable to use the cd rom. Hence asking for help.
I have windows xp home edition .. with a cd/dvd rom drive. When I put KAPGMAT CD Inside the drive, the higher score window pops up and asks to run the higher score. When I click on run, it asks me to " please insert the higher score cd-rom into F:" Now what is this? My computer shows three DVD drives D, E AND F..against each of these the type is CD drive. Now my kaplan cd , when i put it into cd/dvd drive, replaces DVD drive D and it starts showing KAPGMT drive D.
I have used other cd roms such as princeton and run other softwares and movies on my computer and they work fine.
I tried calling kaplan support numbers but could not get much help.
Please help me friends

I would try calling them again. They're really the only ones who are qualified to help you. If it still won't work, ask for a refund and go get a different software. I never had any problems with my Princeton Review CD.
