Removing the prep. phrases and modifiers, we have
Havingrecently published a series of science fiction books influenced by Sufism, Doris Lessing will likely be remembered best for her early novels about Africa.
Issue 1: Doris Lessing .... doesn't contain a helping verb such as 'is' or 'was' (because the modifier having .... should be of the construction -- having done X, Doris did Y )
Issue 2: will likely be is a split infinitive.
The construction is erroneous (as seen in 1), you cannot correct it, in the given context using Having ... construction.
