Does anyone have a problem of having two I'20.. They say that only one school can issue you a I-20. If someone wants to go to a school Y but has an I-20 from school x. What all needs to be done.

only one school can issue you an I-20? since when?
As far as I know you can have more than one I-20, and you just us one of them to get the visa and you trash the other one.
I have not heard of this 'one I-20 rule' are you sure about it?

I wouldn't go as far as trashing the other I-20. 
I think it's good to keep it just in case, but never use it for your entry visa or at the arrival. The best thing is to consult with the both schools' admissions.
