Eventually, I think it comes down to presenting yourself in the best light possible. Not everyone who applies to HBS (or is admitted) has a stellar background. Having a strong GPA and GMAT is always good. As for your experiences are concerned, I think it's more about trying to understand which ones you want to talk about and what it will tell the adcom about you. You definitely should apply. Cliched as it is, if you don't, the chance you getting in is zero. (Take what I'm saying with a grain of salt, though. I'm an applicant myself)

Haha, anything I tell you is pretty invalidated. I'd recommend spending a lot of time on the HBS website and trying to see if the school is a good fit for you and if you're a good fit for the school. They value leadership and community engagement so while your lack of extra curricular activities might seem like a big issue you can try to bring out other facets of your personality that will assuage what you might not have had the opportunity to pursue.

So what time on Friday will we find out? I am in SEA, so there is a 12 hour time difference with Boston.

Not sure, actually. I am thinking it will be noon EST like it usually is but I could be wrong. I'm in South Asia at the moment, actually. And as for the other threads, I looked it up and couldn't find any. If you do, let me know!

I am doing a summer internship here.

I guess people are just less excited about 2+2 this year then! I have visited a couple of similar threads for years before, and there were many more active participants.
