Does anyone know if HBS strictly follows 250 word limit for the recommendation letters? For Wharton, if your recommendor wants to write more than the actual word limit, he/she can do so by uploading a word document.
Is there any such arrangement for HBS also or the the only option for a recommendor for HBS is to actually type in 250 words while responding to the questions?
Please guide. We all know that time is of essence.

One of my recommenders said they were able to just upload a word doc. I'd caution against going completely over the limit. 260, 270, 280, fine. 400, no.
