My take is C .
A) An alogorithms is wrong . Should be either an algorithm or algorithms.
B)"Began to train the therapists to use" is not right way of writing .
C)Correct one.
D)Parallel issue and also "began training the therapists in how to use " I found wrong .
E)"till the treatment should begin" here Till is not appropriate .
