Hi guys,

What I love from this forum is that I enjoy studying and reading many stories that are posted here really help me move forward and keep doing it. I noticed in many GMAT stories staying healty (EATING WELL and EXCERCISING) seem to be a must. However I am not well informed enough on these topics.

Can anyone provide me general advise?

My specific questions if you can include an answer to are:
-How many hours a day should someone excercise
-What kind of food (i.e: high protein) should someone eat during study

I often spend 1-2 hours studying for about 2-3 months first, and then more intensively (about 4 hours, 8 hours on weekend in the last month before taking exam)
