Hey, please help me evaluate my profle
I’m currently a Strategy Manager at Deloitte Consulting in Paris, where I’ve been working since July 2021. My role involves leading strategic projects for clients in the financial services sector, which has been both challenging and rewarding. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, and my career began as a Senior Analyst at Oliver Wyman. There, I spent nearly four years diving into financial analysis, crafting strategic recommendations, and supporting senior consultants. Before that, I got my start as a Business Analyst Intern at EY Advisory, where I learned the ropes of consulting.
With a GMAT score of 715, I’ve demonstrated my strong analytical skills. I’m looking to move into a Director role at Deloitte, focusing on digital transformation, and eventually aim for an executive position at a global consulting firm. I take pride in my strategic planning abilities and my track record of managing complex projects and delivering results. For example, I led a major project that improved operational efficiency for a financial institution by 20%, and I was recognized as a “Top Performer” at Deloitte for my client work. I also developed a market entry strategy that helped a European tech firm make a successful launch.
Outside of work, I’m involved in mentoring young professionals through the Paris Business Women Network and organizing alumni events for Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. I’m passionate about what I do and find motivation in both professional and personal growth.
