amitvohra It's not just about the seats, but rather about what new you will bring to the cohort when you apply so late in the cycle. Generally speaking, it is not recommended for international applicants from competitive demographics to apply in last rounds unless they have a unique differentiating factor or an unusually high GMAT score. Also, there will be challenges in obtaining a timely visa (and education loan), making the process more selective toward international applicants in late rounds.

Hi amitvohra,
It is best to submit your application as early as possible to maximize your chances of admission. You can submit your application around this time for the Jan 24 intake. But applying closer to the deadline may reduce your chances, as seats could fill up as mentioned by you. So earlier the better.
