Hi all,
I have a question about some of the different programs offered at HEC. My understanding is that both the MBA and MIM are HEC's flagship programs. However, I received an admissions offer (+ scholarship) for one of their specialized master's degrees (SASI). Do you think this program also carries the HEC brand and receives their full attention? I don't want to enroll to then find out that all their effors are directed towards the MBA and MIM students (no offense).
Another question I have involves housing. I'd love to hear from a student who does NOT live on campus. Is the commute doable? I wouldn't be alone in moving to Paris, so HEC housing in Jouy-en-Josas is not an option for me unfortunately.
Thanks in advance!

Hi
tomasoh The core phases of SASI is the same as for other HEC MiM programs. It is in the customized phase where the offerings are more focused on sustainability. If you are looking to build a career in sustainability and social innovation (which is why you may have applied in the first place), then SASI is certainly well-known and carried the HEC brand.
On housing, if you are planning to live in Paris, the distance will be significant (1 hr+ by train). Would recommend you look at
this platform to find housing (recommended by HEC itself).
