Hi everyone
I am from India and really want to pursue an MBA or equivalent Masters degree program from some top b school in future.
One of the short comings in my profile which really worries me is that I do not have good academics throughout my education so far
. It has been 60-70% throughout. Probably because I did not realize the importance of grades that time, but on the other hand I loved to socialize alot and which has helped my personality significantly. I had been very very active in extra-curriculars during college.
Moreover I know that i have that capability that really would make me a good manager and many business plans just keep coming to my mind all the time. I have that gut feeling in me that I can make really big someday. But coming back to reality i see that every good b school primarily needs good scores.
Please give me some suggestions how do I improve on my profile so as to make the admission committee really understand that my low scores are just because I didnt really understand its importance that time and I really have got those qualities of being a good manager someday.
My current profile is that I am a computer science engineer working at a reputable MNC in India since last 1 year.
Please motivate me!!!!

Get a good score in gmat, better than the mean score of ur preferred colleges. You can prove this way that u can take on academics without ny hitch. so a score of around 730 will negate ur average performance in academics.
