GUYS I TOOK MY GMAT LAST YEAR AND SCORED A 580 39Q 30V. I AM PLANNING TO APPLY TO 10-20 RANKED MBA PROGRAMS. I TOOK THE EXAM LAST WEEK AND SCORED A 540 40Q 24V. I THINK MY VERBAL IS NOT SO WEAK BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I AM PLAINING TO RETAKE THE EXAM IN JANUARY AS I NEED TO SCORE ATLEAST 650 CAN IT BE DONE??

Yep why not. you can do that easily.
-Get challenges from Praitorian (gmatclub) and do them. your math needs to get on track. those universities you chose would be happy to see 45 Q and at least 35V. The more you quant the better chances are there.
-1000s, do them. you can find them here in this forum.
-MGMAT 7 series books
-criticalreasoning bible book
if you do all of them I am sure there should not be any reason that you shouldnt get 640+
